3. Vitalii Sediuk is brazen idiot prankster who likes to ambush celebrities on the street. He has been banned from the United States for his antics. This week he grabbed Gigi Hadid on the street and got a face full of her elbow while her horrible security guards just stood by like dopes and watched her defend herself. Today, Vitalii tried his luck with Kim Kardashian and failed horribly. She hardly seemed fazed by his presence while her body guards tackled him immediately. Gigi needs to call Kim and get a referral ASAP.
